Hey, I'm Valeri! Welcome.

Starting a recruitment agency has been a long-time dream, and I’m thrilled to finally make it a reality. My journey here has been shaped by years of hands-on experience and a deep understanding of the industry, grounded in the work I began as a teenager in my parents' construction company. Back then, I was the voice on the other end of the line, handling customer calls and putting together quotes for everything from general maintenance to small civils projects. It was an early exposure to the fast-paced and demanding nature of construction work, as well as the importance of reliable, skilled labour.

After moving into recruitment, I found my niche in the reinforced concrete sector. Working closely with my father, a shuttering joiner (on the far left) I learned the ropes of this specialised field, gaining insights into the skills and dedication that each role demands and most importantly, making sure each candidate gets their (correct) wage every Friday!

Over the past decade, I’ve been fortunate to learn from the best in the industry, connect with an incredible network of clients and candidates, who share a commitment to excellence in every project.
